We know that attending conferences can be challenging with limited office and professional development budgets. Did you know scholarships are available to attend the 2027 Student Development Institute (SDI)?
See below for eligibility information, application details, and how to apply!
Eligibility for Scholarships
CIVSA member institutions in good standing are eligible to apply for Student Development Institute scholarships, subject to the following:
- The member representing the institution may not currently serve on the CIVSA Board as an Executive Officer or Regional Director
- The member may not currently serve on the Scholarship Committee
- The institution may not have received a CIVSA scholarship in the same or previous year
Application Process
Applications will be submitted to the CIVSA Scholarship Committee for initial review. The Scholarship Committee will verify each application and the eligibility of all applicants. Following the review, all verified applications will be submitted to the CIVSA Executive Board, which will determine the final scholarship awards.
