Accessibility, Emergency Management, and being prepared. If scouting taught us anything, it’s that we need to be prepared for any unique situation that might arise on tour and still be able to provide our guests with the best experience possible. Inclusivity, care, and safety are all things we want to provide to our guests. This chat will be centered around discussing how each of our institutions focus on accessibility and train our teams on emergency management.
