How to show appreciation

Love languages, Enneagrams, Myers Briggs – they all have something in common, helping you to understand what makes someone tick. Showing appreciation for a group of students and professional staff is hard – what one person may want (words of affirmation for example) may make someone else cringe. So how to you navigate showing appreciation to big groups of students and staff teams? Let’s talk! Cassandra Kopriva from University of Puget Sound will talk through some common ways she builds engagement & community among her student staff (and events she organizes for pro-staff) to show appreciation & we’ll have open time to talk about what you might be doing too.
