Our work in visitor services is rewarding, but it can also come with recurring frustrations, complicated processes, staffing challenges, difficult conversations, and unexpected problems that test even the most experienced professionals.

Sometimes, we simply need a space with people who understand the work. This is more than a venting session. After we let it out, we will work it out. Together, participants will turn frustrations into productive conversations, brainstorm practical solutions, and leave with new ideas they can adapt for their own campuses.
