The Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws are CIVSA’s governing documents. Per Article IX of the Bylaws, proposals to amend these Bylaws may be initiated by a resolution of the Executive Board or by petition with a ten percent member quorum.
The current By-laws were approved at a meeting of the CIVSA membership by a two-thirds majority vote on June 6, 2014.
