UT San Antonio Region II Event

We are excited to welcome colleagues from across all regions to The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) for a day of networking, idea-sharing, and professional development.

Attendees can look forward to a campus tour and behind-the-scenes conversations with UTSA Welcome Center staff, followed by collaborative roundtable discussions focused on:

• Events and Open Houses
• Guest Experience and Hospitality
• Leadership Development
• Campus Partner Collaboration

Attendees will get an inside look at how UTSA delivers campus visit experiences to more than 34,000 guests each year, including more than 9,000 K-8 students through specialized visit programs. There will also be an opportunity to hear from UTSA student tour guides and ambassadors about their perspective on the visitor experience and the work they do. Lunch will be included with your registration.

While the official program ends at 4:45 p.m., we’d love to continue the conversation with colleagues at an optional dinner and happy hour at a San Antonio tradition, Mi Familia!

This event is open to everyone, including non-Region II institutions and non-CIVSA members.
