Just as our member institutions have transitioned to virtual events, we too will be offering virtual events for our members this summer.

Below you will find information about both Discussion Groups and our Summer Series of sessions that would have been presented at this summer’s annual conference. If you aren’t a current CIVSA member but would like to take part in these virtual events, become a member today!

CIVSA CONNECTIONS GROUPS

As we all continue to navigate the process of reopening visitor centers, restarting campus tours, and providing guests with various visit experiences amidst COVID-19, we hope you can connect with fellow CIVSA members to learn from each other. Although institutions might have different policies and procedures, these discussions will be valuable to help you bring ideas back to your campus as you develop plans to reopen. This is a great opportunity to speak with other higher education professionals, who specifically understand some of the unique factors associated with hosting visitors on campus.

Due to the limited number of spaces, we ask that members only register for one small group event, though we welcome members to register for a panel event as well, if interested.

SUMMER SERIES

These sessions were selected from several highly anticipated presentations for the 2020 conference and cover all six of our educational tracks. Recordings of the sessions can be found in the Shared Resources section of our website.
