Our structure may provide help.  Liberty Universities welcome center serves as the primary campus location for all prospective students, both resident and online. As such we enjoy multiple embedded representatives from across campus to serve students. With that said the primary location for offices listed below is external to the welcome center.

They are as follows.

1.       Resident Admissions

a.       Undergraduate

b.       Graduate

2.       Online Admissions & Advising

3.       Financial Aid

4.       Student Accounts

5.       Registrar

6.       Military Affairs

This past fiscal year our welcome center hosted over 11,000 prospective resident students and over 100,00 combined for general campus assistance.

While the welcome center is part of the enrollment division, we fall under resident recruitment (a sister office to our admission team).  I am responsible for a professional team of 20, paid student team of over 30 and volunteer student team of 200+.  The embedded representatives report to other managers while I am responsible for their service levels in the welcome center.  I am the ‘ranking’ leader in the facility as an associate director and do not read applications or travel as a counselor.

​Hello-
I am doing some structure research and am trying to find other schools that have a specific Director or Senior Associate Director of the Visitor Center (who do not read applications and/or travel).  If your school has one of these positions, would you mind sharing your VC Structure as well as your yearly visit numbers?
[For context, Emerson College has both an Associate Director and Assistant Director, with 40 student ambassadors for approx 10,000 visitors a year.]
