This past fiscal year our welcome center hosted over 11,000 prospective resident students and over 100,00 combined for general campus assistance.

While the welcome center is part of the enrollment division, we fall under resident recruitment (a sister office to our admission team). I am responsible for a professional team of 20, paid student team of over 30 and volunteer student team of 200+. The embedded
representatives report to other managers while I am responsible for their service levels in the welcome center. I am the ‘ranking’ leader in the facility as an associate director and do not read applications or travel as a counselor.
