[civsa] Virtual Tour Vendors

At a previous institution, we worked with YouVisit and didn't have a very
good experience. They are so expensive and did not listen to our edits.
The cover photo for our tour was a building that while on our campus, but
wasn't actually part of our college. We asked for a photo of our college
but they didn't change it since the one in the photo was more eye-catching
and modern.

They give you photographs of people to be the tour guide, but the photo was
quite misleading from how the person we selected actually looked. We
nicknamed her "cheekbones" because she wore so much make-up she looked like
an alien.

We didn't actually get much interest from the tour.

I wouldn't recommend YouVisit.
