[civsa] Front Desk Training for Ambassadors

Happy Friday Eve Y'all

Our ambassadors at UW-Parkside have a split role in which they support the office through call center and front desk responsibilities as well as facilitating campus tours. There is such a varied knowledge-base when it comes to our front desk and I want to find a way to strengthen the team in this regard. Much of our training is learning by shadowing and customer services scenarios, however I was curious if any of you have any innovative or different ways you train for front desk duties.
