[civsa] Student Ambassador (Tour Guides) Roles

We sometimes have our ambassadors do research to see what other schools are
doing. For example, when we were looking to have a more formalized dress
code policy, we asked a few ambassadors to call other schools/look on their
websites to see what the ambassador dress codes were at other schools.
