[civsa] Student Ambassador (Tour Guides) Roles

We are starting to use our Ambassadors for social media content
development, round up (student calling for application completion,
congratulatory calls, orientation reminders etc), emailing and assisting in
the coordination of special visits for schools groups and school
counselors.
