[civsa] Campus Tour Booking Tool Systems

Hello,

We are exploring booking tool systems and researching other systems that
institutions are currently using for their campus tour programs. I am
looking for help with answering some of the following questions:

   - We just did a demo of Visit Days and I was curious what other
   institutions are using this system. If you are using Visit Days, what have
   been the pros and cons with using this system?


   - What campus tour booking tool system is your institution using and
   what has been your experience with using this system? Slate has been
   mentioned a couple of times in the listerv but I am unfamiliar with other
   systems that exist. Does your booking tool system have an integrated
   scheduling system for notifying and scheduling campus partners and
   ambassadors involved in tours?
