YES!  Hello everyone!

If your tours are in a room with seats, it's best to have a diagram of the room.  Before the tour the Ambassadors can then divide the diagram amongst themselves.  Attached an example of our Welcome Center (nowhere near 500 but you get the idear)

For larger groups at our recruitment programs where we have them just meet outside somewhere, I actually have trained some of my lead Ambassadors on how to quickly eyeball 15 people.  They are the only ones allowed to dismiss tours at these events.

Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone has any great ways to dismiss tours for large events. For our spring events, we typically have 500 guests in each session. I hate counting people off tour tours because it feels so impersonal and unorganized (although it is the quickest and easiest way we have tried). Does anyone have an alternative method that has worked well?
