[civsa] Visitor meals in the dining halls

Curious about dining hall meals and how your institutions handle this.

1.       Are guests able to eat in the dining halls while visiting campus?
Yes, we give students and guests meal tickets if they are here over lunch
(they have the option to stay for lunch when they register for a visit)

2.       Do they get a discount? - free

3.       If yes how much do they pay?

4.       How does your office AND dining handle visitors eating on campus?
for outside groups - we do charge them $5 for any non-senior - this is
stated in our group visit policy on our website.  I work with the group
leader to make sure they understand.  I inform our Dining people that a
group is coming with estimated number and we discuss where they will be
seated (mark off some tables for reserved seating in most cases)
