[civsa] Visitor meals in the dining halls

Hi Amber,
We give our student visitors a free meal pass and their families are able
to purchase a meal (full-price) in the dining hall. The dining hall then
charges us for the meal pass used.

If we are having a group visit in, we offer the visitors a discounted rate
that they are able to pay. We put them in touch with dining services before
their visit so they can arrange payment and to let the dining hall know how
many will be coming.
