Hi Molly,


I do share the feedback I receive with my students. I post a flyer each week with a spotlight of 2-3 Ambassadors who received positive feedback from their guests. It allows the Ambassador to get feedback and showcase them to the entire staff. I know the staff looks forward to each week to see who will be on the board. At the end of the semester when I do their evaluations, I gave each student a packet with their individual evaluations and I add in the positive comments I received throughout the semester from the families. Just an idea!
