Hi Molly,

Are you using SurveyMonkey or something to collect all of the survey results? If so, you can generally export the information in an Excel spreadsheet and then sort by tour guide (if that is one of the questions) and give feedback to specific folks maybe once a week or once a month.

If you are using paper, maybe have one of the Ambassador tasks be to enter the information in SurveyMonkey?

Good Afternoon!

I'm wondering how everyone shares survey results with their student tour guides/ambassadors. We survey prospective students and parents for all of our events and daily visits and for the most part, the results are positive. I'd love to be able to share these with the students and I know they want feedback, but I'm not sure how best to do that that doesn't involved me sending 70 different emails each day. Anyone have good suggestions?
