Not sure you got any responses to this. I don’t know all the workings behind reporting, but we are able to pull a student’s status when they check in as part of our check-in query through application history and we also have a status column (that only tells you if they are an inquiry vs applicant). If you need help with this, let me know and I can get you in touch with our CRM person.

Hello! We are in the process of setting up Slate as our new CRM and have some questions/issues with the events portion. Slate is great with the student-facing portal and registering for events. But we were also hoping to use the system to manage events on the back end. Specifically, we’d like to do these things:
- Assign an event to multiple staff members (and not just an “owner”). We often have several officers attend our college fairs.
- Show additional student info on the check-in list. We like to know a student’s status as we’re checking them in (especially if they’re admitted), and where they’re from.
Any suggestions or work-arounds for these issues? If you do use Slate to manage your college fairs on the back end, would you be available for a quick phone chat with me and our director of operations?
