Hi All!

I'm wondering if any of you are:

*         Using any type of chat software on your admissions page?

o   If so, what company are you using?

o   Have you noticed that this decreases the number of phone calls and walk-ins that you're receiving?

o   Is there any downside to the software that you are currently using?

o   Any other thoughts that you would like to share?
