[civsa] Summer Tours/Tour Guides

Hello all,

We are currently evaluating our process for covering tours in the summer. We have approximately 1500 student visitors and 2900 total guest visit in June, July, and August and we typically send out tours every hour on the hour Monday - Friday (we cap tours at 12 total people). We schedule student tour guides for a morning or afternoon shift and many students work for us and other jobs that pay more. In the past, we have also had the help of other groups on campus who get trained in on tours for the summer. We are finding it increasingly difficult to secure enough summer guides to accommodate all of our visitors.

Does anyone have a summer tour guide structure that is working well and not breaking the bank? I appreciate any insight.
