[civsa] Guest Itineraries for Weekday Tours

Happy Friday!
At Point Loma we create a printed itinerary to attach to each welcome
packet for our guests. This itinerary includes Tour Information, Lunch
Details, and any additional appointments that are scheduled for the day. I
currently have our front desk student workers create and print the
itineraries for the following day (ranging between 5-75 itineraries).
There is a lot of copy/pasting involved, but this still takes quite a bit
of time to create and print each custom itinerary.
I'm curious to hear how y'all go about doing itineraries (if at all). Do
students feel special having their name on a packet as opposed to receiving
a generic packet? Do you only send custom itineraries to students through
email, and everyone else just gets a packet?
We use SalesForce/TargetX for our management software --- I'm also open to
the idea of learning new ways to automate processes to generate itineraries
as well. :)
