[civsa] Protocol for checking out a wheelchair to campus visitor

Happy Monday!

Do any of you provide wheelchairs to guests who attend a campus visit or event?
If so, what protocol(s) do you follow for checking out the wheelchair and ensuring you get it back?

If you have any written materials or information you can send me, I would be ever so grateful. :)
