At Ohio State, we also have the ability to store guest luggage in a secure room while they are out on daily visit tour.

For our largest event in the Spring that brings a LOT of travelers with luggage, we have a staff member who has a role to specifically coordinate luggage drop off and pick up for guests as guests can be at 20 different locations throughout the afternoon. It was just easier for us to accept that guests would have luggage instead of fighting it or creating challenges for families with hotel/airport storing issues.

.... If a guest flies in for a campus visit and they don't stop by a hotel first, do you all have a place to store their luggage? Do you all refuse to store it for liability reasons? What is your office's policy on that?
