[civsa] question about guests bringing luggage to your school...

Hi Dee,
This seems to happen every day now. We developed property claim checks a
few years ago. It's funny that you ask, because we just redesigned it
today! I've attached it to this email. The #<<Number>> is just a mail merge
prompt to generate a number. The two numbers will be the same (just like a
hotel or airline claim check).
We haven't had any issues with lost luggage yet. I'm sure that if the guest
were able to prove that we lost it that we would end up paying for it.
We're able to store the luggage in our counselor suite near our
administrative assistant.
