[civsa] Tour Guide Ambassador Management Software

Love this thread! We're looking to revamp our system as well (google
calendar feels archaic), so this is super helpful.

Question, does WhenToWork allow you to keep records/data of tour guide
shifts? I'd like to be able to track how many tours my guides give each
year, do you know if that's possible with WTW?
