Hi Andrew!

I have started using WhenToWork and it is a lifesaver! The guides maintain their availability in the system, which allows you to create your schedule and then if you like you can use “auto-fill” to population the schedule based on availability, seniority, etc.  There is a shift trade board and they can request time off as well.  My guides love the mobile app.  The cost is minimal and completely worth it!  Before I started using this we were limping along using a Google calendar and it was a nightmare trying to schedule students for shifts.  This program has been a game changer for me!
