[civsa] Tour Guide Ambassador Management Software

Hello everyone,

We are looking for some software or a system that allows us to manage our
Tour Guides in terms of scheduling, special tours, email communication,
etc...

If you work with a great system, or have a system/software that we should
avoid, I'd love to hear suggestions that we can explore.
