[civsa] Road Trips

At LSSU, they are our "admitted students receptions".   They're still a
recruiting event because many have not decided on LSSU, but they are for
admitted students and are held in March.  We don't hold separate recruiting
events in the fall, as we're busy with college fairs and high school
visits.  During our admitted student receptions, we provide a presentation
about campus life, academics and resources at LSSU, and then have a Q&A by
our current students who answer audience questions of a wide range.  We
have staff and faculty attend and present at the reception, and then end
the evening with personal chats with whomever.
