[civsa] Road Trips

Does anyone plan "Road Recruiting Trips" across your state or region?  If so, would you mind sharing your agenda of what takes place during the event?  I know these events are called something different at each university.  To explain, this would be an event where you and other members from your university go to a different city and host a recruiting event at a venue in that location.
