[civsa] Online Responsibility Statements

Hello, CIVSA!

I am a new member of the group and have loved reading about what is going
on at your schools.

For any overnight event we hold on campus we have students and parents (if
the student is under 18) sign a Responsibility Statement saying that we
aren't held liable if they get hurt and that they need to follow our Code
of Conduct while on campus. This is currently done in paper format. Do you
any of you use an electronic version of this? If so, do you use a specific
platform?
