[civsa] Leadership Structure

Hi Trent!

At Transylvania I have 3 Lead Ambassadors. One is over tour guides, one is
over overnight at us and one is over volunteer. They also help with
training, recruitment, campus visit reporting and surveys and on campus
events. I try to gauge the personality of each lead ambassador for the year
and pair some of their skill sets with some of the opportunities I have for
them.

with my current leaders. Do any of you have a model that you wouldn’t mind
