[civsa] Leadership Structure

Hey Trent,

Our guides are paid and we are only able to label them as a management
team.  I have recently grown the management staff to 7, always including 1,
2, or 3 Juniors so there is continuity with the leadership.  The Juniors
usually serve as Assistant Managers to learn all aspects and
responsibilities of the team.

Attached are the Org Chart and Responsibility sheet from last year.
