[civsa] Leadership Structure

Hi Trent- 

University of Arizona Ambassadors have 2 leadership teams: the elected leadership and the visit support team. The Arizona Ambassadors elect a president, vice president, selections chairs, etc. There is also a smaller team made up of ambassadors that are hired by me to manage the campus visit office operations. I have an organizational chart, a job description and descriptions of the elected positions that I will send to you in a separate email as an attachment (my attachments never work when I respond to the listserv). If anyone else is interested in getting these attachments and information, email me directly and I will be happy to send them along :)

Good Morning CIVSA,

Here at Texas Wesleyan I am looking at redoing the leadership structure within the tour guide program, primarily just roles and responsibilities with my current leaders. Do any of you have a model that you wouldn't mind sharing just for your leader tour guides (i.e. is one over training, another over recruitment, etc.).

It would be greatly appreciated :)
