[civsa] Spring Training Topics for Ambassadors

Happy New Year Everyone!

I am currently in the process of planning a "Spring refresher" training for
my Ambassadors at the end of January. It is only going to be around 2 1/2
hours long, but I'd love to get some ideas about different training
topics/fun things you all do with your tour guides for training.

Any advice is much appreciated!
