Hello all!

Here at Bellarmine we are looking into revamping our Tour Guide Program. I am coming to you all with a few questions:


1.       Who are your tour guides - do you use Ambassadors who also work weekend events (Preview Days, Saturday tours, etc.) or do you have a core group of tour guides?

2.       How many tours per week do you have? And how many tour guides? (example 24 tour spots and 20 tour guides)

3.       How do you compensate your Tour Guides?

4.       Who works your welcome desk - is this a student position or a full time staff position?
