[civsa] Overnight Stays

Good Afternoon Everyone,

For the first time here at Texas Wesleyan we are expanding our Scholarship Day to Scholarship Weekend in which some students will be able to stay overnight. We have never done an overnight experience for any prospective students so I am building this from the ground up. With that being the case I wanted to ask what sort of forms you have the prospective students who wish to stay overnight fill out (as far as a waiver of some sort or something like that) as well as what type of training you have those go through who are going to act as host. Any assistance would be appreciated :)
