Hi all,

We are researching CRM tools and tracking methods for call centers and welcome/visitor centers.  How are you tracking the types of calls and emails you receive, and how are you tracking in-person visits to your welcome or visitor centers?  We are searching for a tool that will allow us to track such things as; student type (prospective students and current students), specific student information, duration of interaction, query/question type, type of interaction (Phone, email, walk up), service provider/location (call center, welcome center) and have some type of content management/knowledgebase functionality.
