[civsa] Tours and Meal tickets/vouchers

It depends on the sport as to whether or not it's a head coach or assistant coaches that give tours to recruits.

We do not cap the number of meal passes given to a prospective student.

Meals are an Admissions office budget item. However, Campus Dining Services charges/offers a reduced rate.
