[civsa] Group Visits- Code of Conduct

Hi Kate, 

We use the Group Tour Confirmation Packet that the Welcome Center at Georgia State University uploaded to the CIVSA member share area. It's full of conduct guidelines and other group tour information. We've had really great success with it. It provides a contract for the visitor to sign prior to their visit which was the main thing we were looking for when it came to groups (cancelling, poor behavior, etc.). I don't feel comfortable attaching the document since I didn't create it but again, you can find it on the CIVSA website under the member area.
