[civsa] Group Visits- Code of Conduct

Hi Kate!

I use to have a document that I would have the coordinator sign and return, but it wasn’t much use because they would just sign and return it without actually reading it!

Starting this year, we have all our policies and procedures on our website. In order for each group to submit a request off our website, it is required for the coordinator to read and check the “I agree to these policies” box. The request cannot be submitted unless this box is signed. Here is our group website: http://visit.iupui.edu/groups/

I also attached our IUPUI Group Confirmation sheet to this e-mail. It has all our policies and procedures restated here.

Does anyone have a code of conduct that they make group visitors sign before attending a visit and going on a campus tour? I am considering implementing one for my high-school group visit program at The University of Arizona. If your campus uses a code of conduct, would you mind sharing it? Thank you!
