Pacific Lutheran University Office of Admission is seeking qualified
applicants for the position of *Campus Visit and Hospitality Coordinator*.


 *Position Description:*
The Campus Visit & Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for the initial
coordination and follow-up of all individual campus visits of prospective
students and families. This position will provide superior customer service
by greeting all visitors and ensuring that a warm, hospitable, welcoming
environment is maintained at all times. The expectation of this position is
to provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism. This
position reports to the Office Manager and Director of Admission.


*Distinguishing Characteristics:*
- Receive, process, and coordinate all requests for individual campus
visits and facilitate walk-in visits, making adjustments and changes in
student visit schedules as needed.
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with campus
constituents: Admission colleagues, faculty, administrative assistants,
coaches, and other departments.
- Manage the campus visit student interns working in the reception area.
- Prep the office for daily visits and verify that all components of each
visit are accurately recorded in the online calendar.
- Coordinate campus visit survey and follow-up process.
- Maintain campus calendar for Admission visits (calendars for coaches,
faculty, counselors)
- Greet visitors and establish a welcoming environment for their visit.
