[civsa] tours of on-campus housing

Good morning all,
At the University of Texas at Dallas, we provide campus tours each weekday at 10:00am and 2:00pm.  This tour includes a visit to our residence hall and a showing of one of our three-bedroom suites. We no longer show our on-campus apartment model during the tour.  This is our first year to be able to do this as in previous years, we were completely at capacity and thus didn't have three beds to spare.  This year, we are building another res hall, so they made sure to spare a suite for us.

During our open house event, we provide shortened campus tours that do NOT include the res hall and in the afternoons, housing's students will give res hall tours where they show them much more specifics (i.e. classrooms, laundry facilities, study areas, courtyard, etc.).

This way seems to work well for us.
