[civsa] tours of on-campus housing

At IIT, we have a show room in both of our residence halls. Our ambassadors
provide the tour during the normal campus tour, which is offered once a
day. Occasionally our Residence staff has provided res hall tours during
our larger events, but recently they have ceased doing that. I think it
works out well for our ambassadors to give the res halls tours, as most of
our ambassadors have lived on campus at one point and can answer questions
from a student prospective
