[civsa] New Tour Survey Time - HELP.

At UC Berkeley we have on online feedback survey.  A few days after the
tour, all tour visitors are automatically sent an e-mail request with a
link to the survey.



We ask for a 1-5 rating on:

·         Ambassador Presentation

·         Campus Tour

·         Visitor Services Staff

·         Tour Reservation Experience

·         Admission Information

·         Overall Visit



The following are open-ended questions:

·         If you are a prospective student, what aspect of your visit
influenced your decision to apply to or attend Berkeley?

·         What did you like most about your visit?

·         What can we do to improve future visits?

·         Any questions or comments



I’m satisfied that we get a sufficient number of responses to identify
trends and issues.  People are very candid in their responses to the
open-ended questions.
