[civsa] New Tour Survey Time - HELP.

We have a comprehensive online survey that is automatically sent after the
student visits and it does include a tour portion.

I would also be interested if anyone has better ways of gathering survey
data and/or really good questions We are thinking of moving to a style that
requires them to at least type a few words of reflection on different
pieces of the visit, instead of just a 1-5 scale.
