We place a hard copy in the folder we provide to the visiting prospective students.  They are required to fill it out to receive a free t-shirt.

So here at the University of Florida we are planning to re-do our post-tour survey. Currently our questions just aren't getting the response we need as many of them reference things we no longer do.

Do any of you have questions/formats that work specifically well? The goal is to get more out of our survey than the "it was too hot" responses we get right now.
