[civsa] Job Description for Visit Intern

Hello,
I am in the midst of working on a job description for my Visit Intern. I am the only person at Roberts working on visits and events, so the help is definitely welcomed. I am wondering if anyone else uses a student intern to help coordinate visits and events. If so, which tasks are you comfortable relinquishing to them? How would you break up 10 hours a week with the student? Thanks!
