[civsa] Software Recommendations?

Hello friends!  Does anyone have any recommendations for software platforms that can double as a CRM as well as management of visitor programs?  The UA is entering its final year with Connect, and I was hoping to get recommendations to give should we decide to not renew and use something different.

We're a big school and use Connect HARD for letters, emails, bulk imports, etc.  Would be curious to hear what others are using - and interface ability with PeopleSoft is a must.
